1. Authentication & Account / प्रमाणीकरण और खाता
The Krushnam App uses Google Sign-In as the only method of authentication. कृष्णम् ऐप केवल Google Sign-In का उपयोग प्रमाणीकरण के एकमात्र तरीके के रूप में करता है।
We do not support email/password registration or any other third-party login. हम ईमेल/पासवर्ड पंजीकरण या किसी अन्य तृतीय-पक्ष लॉगिन का समर्थन नहीं करते।

AI Interaction Data / AI बातचीत डेटा: When you use the Krushnam AI chatbot feature, we process the queries you submit to provide responses using Google Gemini API. जब आप कृष्णम् AI चैटबॉट का उपयोग करते हैं, तो Google Gemini API के माध्यम से आपके सवालों को प्रोसेस किया जाता है।
Premium Subscription Information / प्रीमियम सदस्यता जानकारी: We store subscription status and purchase information through Google Play In-App Purchase (IAP) to manage premium benefits. Google Play के IAP सिस्टम के माध्यम से खरीदी गई सदस्यता की जानकारी संग्रहित की जाती है।
Content Interaction Data / सामग्री इंटरैक्शन डेटा: Information about your interaction with various content types including Bhakti Music, Bhakti Videos, Krushnam Reels, Divine Image Gallery, Sanatan Stotras, wallpapers, quotes, and audio content. भक्ति संगीत, भक्ति वीडियो, कृष्णम रील्स, दिव्य चित्र गैलरी, सनातन स्तोत्र, वॉलपेपर, उद्धरण, और ऑडियो सामग्री के साथ आपकी बातचीत की जानकारी।
Wallpaper Access Type / वॉलपेपर एक्सेस प्रकार: We offer two types of wallpapers: free and premium. Free wallpapers are accessible to all users, while premium wallpapers require an active subscription. ऐप में फ्री और प्रीमियम वॉलपेपर उपलब्ध हैं। प्रीमियम वॉलपेपर केवल सक्रिय सदस्यता के बाद उपलब्ध हैं।
3. How We Use Your Information / हम आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं

4. Advertising / विज्ञापन

However, YouTube content (Bhakti Music, Bhakti Videos, and Krushnam Reels) may still contain YouTube ads as we have no control over YouTube's advertising system. 🎥 Krushnam Reels / कृष्णम रील्स: Short videos related to Shri Krishna featuring copyrighted music/songs owned by their respective owners. श्री कृष्ण से संबंधित शॉर्ट वीडियो जिनमें कॉपीराइट संगीत/गाने उनके संबंधित स्वामियों के हैं।
We do not own any music/song rights used in reels - provided for spiritual and divine experience only. रील्स में उपयोग किए गए किसी भी संगीत/गाने पर हमारा कोई अधिकार नहीं है - केवल आध्यात्मिक और दिव्य अनुभव के लिए प्रदान किए गए हैं।

6. Krushnam AI / कृष्णम् AI
The AI chatbot uses Google Gemini API. AI चैटबॉट Google Gemini API का उपयोग करता है।
📚 Topic Limitations / विषय सीमा: Answers are limited to topics from Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata, Ramayana, or Shri Krishna's life. उत्तर केवल भगवद गीता, महाभारत, रामायण, और श्रीकृष्ण के जीवन से संबंधित विषयों तक सीमित हैं।
⚠️ Accuracy Disclaimer / सटीकता अस्वीकरण: The AI may provide incorrect or incomplete answers. Use for educational and informational purposes only. AI गलत या अधूरे उत्तर दे सकता है। केवल शैक्षिक और जानकारी उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग करें।
🔄 No Memory / मेमोरी नहीं: The chatbot does not remember or reference previous chats. Each query is treated independently. चैटबॉट पिछली बातचीत को याद नहीं रखता। हर प्रश्न को स्वतंत्र रूप से माना जाता है।
Usage Limits / प्रयोग सीमा: Free users: 5 questions per day. फ्री यूजर: 5 प्रश्न प्रतिदिन।
Premium users: 50 questions per day. प्रीमियम यूजर: 50 प्रश्न प्रतिदिन।
Modification Rights / संशोधन अधिकार: Question limits may be modified without prior notice. सवाल की सीमा बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदली जा सकती है।
🚫 AI Conduct Policy / AI आचरण नीति: The use of explicit, abusive, or offensive language in AI chat is strictly prohibited. AI चैट में अश्लील, अपमानजनक या आपत्तिजनक भाषा का उपयोग सख्त रूप से प्रतिबंधित है।
If a user is found using explicit or offensive words in the AI chatbot, their account will be immediately suspended without warning. यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता AI चैटबॉट में अश्लील या आपत्तिजनक शब्दों का उपयोग करता पाया जाता है, तो बिना किसी चेतावनी के उनका खाता तुरंत निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा।

7. Premium Subscription Plans / प्रीमियम सदस्यता योजनाएं
The Krushnam App offers prepaid subscription plans — not recurring subscriptions. कृष्णम् ऐप प्रीपेड सदस्यता योजनाएं प्रदान करता है — न कि आवर्ती सदस्यता।
No amount will be automatically deducted for renewal. नवीनीकरण के लिए कोई भी राशि स्वतः नहीं काटी जाएगी।
Once your plan expires, you must manually purchase a new plan to continue enjoying premium benefits. योजना समाप्त होने के बाद, प्रीमियम सुविधाओं का आनंद जारी रखने के लिए आपको मैन्युअल रूप से नई योजना खरीदनी होगी।

🔥 Important Note about YouTube Ads / YouTube विज्ञापनों के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण नोट: Premium subscription removes only in-app advertising (banner and interstitial ads). प्रीमियम सदस्यता केवल इन-ऐप विज्ञापन (बैनर और इंटरस्टिशियल) हटाती है।
YouTube content (Bhakti Music, Bhakti Videos, and Krushnam Reels) may still display YouTube ads as these are controlled by YouTube and not by our app. YouTube सामग्री (भक्ति संगीत, भक्ति वीडियो और कृष्णम रील्स) में अभी भी YouTube विज्ञापन दिख सकते हैं क्योंकि ये YouTube द्वारा नियंत्रित होते हैं।
8. One Device, One Active Plan Policy / एक डिवाइस, एक सक्रिय योजना नीति
A premium plan is linked to the Google account used at the time of purchase. प्रीमियम योजना खरीद के समय उपयोग किए गए Google खाते से जुड़ी होती है।
Only one Google account on a device can hold an active premium plan at a time. एक डिवाइस पर एक समय में केवल एक Google खाते में सक्रिय प्रीमियम योजना हो सकती है।
If a user purchases a plan using Account A and then logs out and logs in with Account B on the same device, Account B will not receive any premium benefits. यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता Account A से योजना खरीदता है और फिर उसी डिवाइस पर Account B से लॉगिन करता है, तो Account B को कोई प्रीमियम लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।

9. Refund Policy / धनवापसी नीति
All purchases made through the Krushnam App are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. कृष्णम् ऐप के माध्यम से की गई सभी खरीदारी किसी भी परिस्थिति में सख्ती से अप्रतिदेय (नॉन-रिफंडेबल) हैं।
No refund will be initiated regardless of the reason, including but not limited to accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the service, device changes, account issues, or plan expiration. किसी भी कारण से धनवापसी शुरू नहीं की जाएगी, जिसमें आकस्मिक खरीदारी, सेवा से असंतोष, डिवाइस परिवर्तन, खाता समस्याएं, या योजना समाप्ति शामिल हैं।
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final. खरीदारी पूरी करके, आप स्वीकार करते हैं और सहमत होते हैं कि लेनदेन अंतिम है।
